Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of the Relay OS website, application, and related services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Relay OS, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use Relay OS on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Service Description
Relay OS provides workflow, operations, communication, visibility, and related software features, including optional integrations with third-party services such as Google Gmail.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to data, accounts, systems, or networks.
- Interfere with service availability, security, or integrity.
- Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content.
- Reverse engineer or misuse the service except where prohibited by applicable law.
5. Customer Data
You retain responsibility for the legality, accuracy, and rights required for data you submit to Relay OS. You grant Relay OS the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, and display that data solely to provide and support the service.
6. Third-Party Services and Gmail Integration
Relay OS may interoperate with third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to the applicable third-party terms and privacy policies. If you connect Gmail, you authorize Relay OS to access and act on the Gmail data and permissions you approve.
7. Availability and Changes
Relay OS may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update the service to improve security, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
8. Intellectual Property
Relay OS and its related software, branding, design, and content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these terms, no rights are granted to you.
9. Feedback
If you provide feedback or suggestions, Relay OS may use them without restriction or compensation, and without any obligation to you.
10. Disclaimers
Relay OS is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relay OS and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business interruption.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Relay OS and its operators from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your data, or your violation of these terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create legal or security risk, or misuse the platform. You may stop using the service at any time.
14. Governing Terms
If a separate written agreement applies to your use of Relay OS, that agreement controls to the extent of any conflict with these terms. If any provision of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted on this page unless a later date is stated.
